What is Wellness Coaching | Life Coaching?

Wellness and Life Coaching is an investigation into how you can make a change in your life for a different outcome through personal development.  A great Wellness and Life Coach helps you find your internal resources to move towards a specific goal or outcome. Some people, do not know what their goal is immediately. They just know they need to change something!
